Planning / Prices

You will find availability and prices on our dedicated space on the Official Website of the Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office.

If in doubt about availability or a price, do not hesitate to contact us: their configuration system is sometimes capricious and can block certain dates.  arrival or highlight inconsistent prices, especially for stays of more than 7 days.

Likewise, if distant dates are unavailable: it is most certainly because the schedule has not yet been updated for these periods.

The rates  include water, electricity and heating charges.  They do not include the tourist tax, the rate of which is defined by the community of municipalities (2021: € 1.2 per day per person over 18), nor the optional services billed directly by the Conciergerie or the company. cancellation insurance and tranquility of stay (3.6% - minimum € 12).

The arrival is theoretically from 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m., but the Conciergerie does its utmost to allow great flexibility in these times according to its schedules.

In winter, for stays ending on Friday, departure may be possible until 8 p.m.  (schedule means cleaning performed, and subject to prior validation of the schedule by the Concierge), and for those starting on Sunday, arrival can be brought forward to 1 p.m. (on request and in the absence of the Conciergerie) . 

Services

Wireless

Use of the apartment's private WiFi network is included in our prices (several simultaneous connections possible).

Housework

The price includes a cleaning before the start of the stay and the provision of the products necessary for the maintenance of the apartment. The apartment must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, you will be billed for a cleaning service.

A departure cleaning service can be booked as an option (€ 80). It will be paid directly to the Conciergerie when the keys are handed over. Please let us know when booking.

Baby equipment

Baby equipment (bed, chair, bath) can be provided at no extra charge on request when booking. Baby crockery is present in the apartment.

Animals

For reasons of hygiene, our animal friends cannot unfortunately be accepted.

Bed linen and / or towels

Service provided and billed directly by the Concierge: please let us know when you request a reservation so that we can put you in contact.

Cancellation insurance and tranquility of stay

Information on this possibility:

During your reservation request, if the apartment is available, a reservation option is recorded for 10 days, pending the return of the reservation contract and the payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance as well as the tourist taxes must be paid one month before the date of arrival (45 days in case of payment by check).

Cancellation and stay guarantee insurance premiums, if you wish to take them out, are to be paid to the insurance company (online link) at 100% at the latest when the reservation deposit is paid. .

Payment of the deposit and the stay can be made by Paypal, Paylib, transfer, bank or postal check or credit card via Paypal.

In the event of a last minute reservation, the full price will be claimed and will only be payable by Paypal or bank transfer.

A deposit of 500 €, paid on arrival by check made out in euros, will be returned to you by the Concierge either after the departure inventory has been carried out, or, less any missing items or damage observed, by mail to maximum 15 days after your departure.
