Arrivals-Departures
In season, arrival is theoretically from 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m., but the Conciergerie does its utmost to allow great flexibility in these times according to its schedules.
In winter, for stays ending on Friday, departure may be possible until 8 p.m. (schedule being understood as cleaning performed, and subject to prior validation of the schedule by the Conciergerie), and for those starting on Sunday, the arrival can be brought forward to 1 p.m. (on request and in the absence of constraint from the Conciergerie).
Out of season, flexible hours are possible in the absence of constraints from the Conciergerie.
Cancellation and Stay Insurance
We have approached a specialized company so that you can take out insurance at negotiated rates:
Option 1: cancellation and interruption of stay. 2.6% of the rental amount including VAT (minimum contribution of € 12).
Option 2: multi-risk cancellation with the guarantees of option 1 plus a Resort Civil Liability and damage to property and Search and Rescue costs guarantee. 3.6% including tax of the rental amount (€ 12 minimum).
The subscription is done directly by you with the insurer at the time of booking the stay, or at the latest before the payment of the deposit or deposit.
If you wish to benefit from it, it is simply necessary to specify it to us during your reservation request so that we provide you with the link allowing you to be insured.
This insurance notably offers a guarantee in the event of partial closure of the ski area . You will find details of their guarantees in the attached general conditions.
Payment terms




During your reservation request, if the apartment is available, a reservation option is recorded for 10 days, pending the return of the reservation contract and the payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The balance as well as the tourist taxes must be paid one month before the date of arrival (45 days in case of payment by check).
In the event of a last minute reservation, the full price will be claimed and will only be payable by Paypal or bank transfer.
Cancellation and stay guarantee insurance premiums, if you wish to take them out, are to be paid to the insurance company (online link) at 100% at the latest when the reservation deposit is paid. .
Optional services will be payable at the Conciergerie upon your arrival. We can book them for you.
