We wanted it to be comfortable and warm to spend friendly and relaxing moments.
It is equipped with a convertible leather sofa (rapido system - 140x200 bed), a connected 107 cm 4K TV, a wireless speaker and 4 coffee tables for more modularity.
An armchair and a stool with backrest allow you to have a good time.
We have placed an inertia radiator and double heating core there for better comfort.
Board games and a wireless speaker are available.
A USB socket is built into the wall above the sofa.
A glass partition with the entrance has been created for more comfort, and a curtain makes it possible to completely isolate the entrance (circular rails between the entrance door to the end of the canopy).
The bay window is fitted with shutters.

The kitchen offers a large work surface and all the necessary equipment to facilitate your stay: refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (9 place settings), 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine. ice cubes, filter coffee maker, Tassimo * pod machine, toaster, kettle, hand blender, sausage guillotine ...
The dining area is equipped with an extendable table (80x80 - 160x80) so that you can adjust the space according to your needs.
The kitchen area

And for convivial meals and snacks, you will find a raclette, grill and stone grill, a crepe maker (large and small), a fondue set and a waffle maker - sandwich maker.

The entrance
For more comfort, a dedicated space has been created, thanks to a glass partition.
You will find all the space you need to store your jackets, coveralls, shoes, helmets ... etc.
On the right when entering, a cloakroom with 2 floors for shoes has been installed, and on the left, a large wardrobe space with shelving and floor space for shoes and boots has been created.
A large doormat is integrated into the floor to facilitate the return on snowy days.
And for the thermal comfort of the apartment, a dry inertia heating and a large blackout and thermal curtain were installed there.
The balcony
It offers a beautiful view of the Vanoise and allows you to enjoy the calm of the area.
It accommodates a large ski locker equipped with a boot dryer (4 pairs) in winter.
In summer, outdoor furniture (dining set 4 places + 1 deck chair) as well as a plancha allow you to enjoy the fresh air and the sun.
