Reservation

After receiving your reservation request, we will quickly confirm that it has been taken into account.

According to  availability of the apartment on the dates requested, we will confirm that your reservation has been taken into account and will send you a rental contract by email.

From this dispatch, we will keep you an option for 10 days,  pending the return of the rental agreement and payment of the deposit.

Optional Services

We can book the rental of sheets and towels for you at the Conciergerie. They will be deposited in the apartment before your arrival.

We can also book a final cleaning service for you.

These services will be paid directly to the Conciergerie.

We have approached a specialized company so that you can take out insurance at negotiated rates:

  • Option 1: cancellation and interruption of stay. 2.6% of the rental amount including VAT (minimum contribution of € 12).

  • Option 2: multi-risk cancellation with the guarantees of option 1 plus a Resort Civil Liability and damage to property and Search and Rescue costs guarantee. 3.6% including tax of the rental amount (€ 12 minimum).

The subscription is done directly by you  with the insurer at the time of booking the stay, or at the latest before the payment of the deposit or deposit.

If you wish to benefit from it, it is simply necessary to specify it to us during your reservation request so that we provide you with the link allowing you to be insured.

This insurance notably offers a guarantee in the event of partial closure of the ski area . You will find details of their guarantees in the attached general conditions.
